ACCOMMODATION
Large blocks of rooms in hotels and student hotels have been secured by the Congress Secretariat to ensure accommodation for the delegates and best available rates. The number of rooms available in the hotel list is limited. To have the accommodation fitting your requirements, be sure to book via Congress Secretariat as soon as possible.

Accommodation in multiple rooms /4-bed rooms or studios (2+2)/ at the price of 18,- EUR per person per night.
All of the rates presented above are in EUR per night per room and include breakfast and VAT. They do not include local tax charged at the hotels 1,60 PLN per person per night.

Participant covers all bank charges.
For credit card payment purposes the amount in EUR shall be charged in Polish zloty equivalent, according to the official average exchange rate published by NBP (Polish National Bank). For credit card payments by the Allpay.eu service amount can be entered in EUR, the system uses the same NBP exchange rate for charges.

Student hotels may have shared bathrooms. Rooms at student hotels may be for up to 5 people in one room. Payments for accommodation should be made before 01.05.2007.
Cancellation policy
Cost-free cancellation deadline: 01.05.2007
Following cancellation fees apply after 01.05.2007:
In case of cancellation 02.05.2007-01.07.2007 the amount due for 1 night shall be charged
In case of cancellation 02.07.2007-01.09.2007 the amount of 50% of the reservation but not less than the amount due for 1 night shall be charged
In case of cancellation after 02.09.2007 the amount of 100% of the reservation shall be charged
Name change policy
The name of the person to stay at the hotel room may be changed until the arrival time.
